They really need to get their staff in order and maybe train more then one person to fill tanks. Why advertise you fill propane tanks?Go to Loves across the way they will actually call out for someone to get you taken care of

- AAAlicia AraizaOct 13, 20252.0This could be a nice flying j bit due to conditions I gave it only 2 stars. Lets start with the good. They have doggy bags and a garbage for poop, which I really appreciate. A very large driver lounge and large laundry room with a sink. The showers were very roomy and water was hot. There is a Dennys inside the flying j. They have a variety of hot and cold foods, drinks and snacks. The employees greet you at the door and also on your way out. And plenty of parking for trucks. Now let's go to the not so good. The showers have tons of build up, I found hairs on the toilet inside the shower (clearly it was cleaned), the coffee machines empty, the fan in the shower was disgusting. The showers just didnt appear to be cleaned at all. The laundry room, while large was filthy and a driver actually left poop on the floor! There was trash all over the floor as well. Its a shame because I think if the company and employees showed more care this could be a nice truck stop. I would stay here if I had to due to the number of amenities available.
