- LPLloyd Putnam2 days ago5.0Had my gas can stolen out of the back of my truck on my way to Florida, So I stopped here for a new one, unfortunately they had none in stock on the floor, I asked the girls at the front if they had any in the back by chance. Shelby and Zaiah both offered to check for me and we were able to find one that worked. They were both very friendly you could tell they actually like helping their customers. In the last few years autozone customer service has gone down hill to the point I only go there unless I have no other option. But these two really changed my attitude towards the store. I would like to ask they get put up for an extra mile award they both deserve it.

I just got an AC compressor and serpentine belt hand delivered by her when Uber and other carrier services were simply not available in the area. I was stranded in Bowie, Arizona with no other options. After speaking with her on the phone and realizing I was out of options, less than 30 minutes later, she arrives! The most professional, straightforward and over-the-top hard-working individual I have run into in years! Not exactly sure what her position or title is, but if she’s not a manager very soon something is very wrong! And if she is a manager, In short time, she needs to have training to have her own store. The best part about all of this is my story here is not even the most above and beyond thing that she has done. If you ever have the opportunity to visit the store, do it over any other option and watch how they take care of you as a customer!
- JAJarod AutoAug 23, 20251.0So I see you move Brittany out because she can't get this one under control and you move another guy in that says give me two weeks I gave you three weeks we even called up there yesterday and gave Shelby a part number to order an axle for today and then she wants to proceed to tell me will you leave stuff on my shelves again I don't leave stuff on your shelves if it would get there in the morning and you would deliver it like you're supposed to I would buy everything but when you call me a week later and I've already got it off of Amazon.
