  The young boy with attitude is costing you customers! I do not appreciate being treated as an idiot just because im a woman and don't know much about vehicles. I know more than some. I can change a tire, brakes and check my oil. I also have a Degree in Computer programming. My husband has a degree as well. We are very intelligent people! We just haven't learned the details about vehicles and parts, yet. That young boy once knew nothing too! He really should stop treated your customers poorly, because my husband and I, will pay more from now on and go to another store just because we deserve to be treated with respect! We had to return the brake pads we previously purchased from the young man who previously treated us nasty. The older man who helped us named Larry, certainly made up for the young kids rude behavior. Still If I didn't have to return the parts I would never step foot in this store again unless I had to. I would give Larry a 5 star review but because I had to return the part because it was the wrong one, ill give a 2. Apparently the young man has a reputation for being nasty to people. So heads up! Look for Larry. He knows what he's doing and he's kind about it!

  Although I had to return what I purchased (one size fits most), I had excellent service from my arrival up through and including my return.

  Your employee, Everado Q. was courteous and extremely helpful. He helped me identify and install he correct headlight bulbs and was willing to spend a half hour to do it. i was very grateful for his going out of his way to assist me. thanks much.
