Got an email night before from Safelite saying my appointment was next day at 6am in the morning. Ok. Figured wanted to get me first available. However, the location (same one as before) they scheduled it at didn’t open until 7am. I live 40 min away so I wake up at 445, to leave by 515 to get there a little before 6. Get to location, see they aren’t open until 7, try to call number posted on door and thru webpage to speak with an agent but everything is automated. My service was fine. Took a bit of time to get my car calibrated. I think Safelite needs better communication with their stores to make sure hours line up with appointments and not put appointments on a “dummy schedule” which the receptionist said is what happened.
