- LHLynne H6 days ago1.0Go elsewhere!!!!! DO NOT use Safelite!!! Horrible customer experience. And God forbid you try to reach a person on the phone. Wasted 5 hours waiting for someone to arrive for no one to ever show up!!!! By then the shop was closed. No communication!!! And my appt was confirmed via email and text messages!!!! Went to the shore following morning and was told my appt was “still in the que”! What does that mean? Well they don’t have the glass! So why didn’t anyone call me???!!!!! Why was I confirmed???!!!! Why did I waste over 5 hours?????!!!!! Cannot get a person on the phone. Shop too busy to get me in so I have to make an appt for a week later! Driving around with a shattered window. Perfect!

- DRDavid RichterApr 16, 20261.0I was given a 12-5 window to COMPLETE the service. Technician arrived at 4:50 for what was to be a 2 hour repair. Counting time to calibrate the assists in the car it was done in under an hour (rushed!). The next morning driving on the freeway a bracket came partially off and my new windshield was cracked again (less than 48 hours after the first repair.
