I came in very angry about Gieco and the installation of non-OEM glass on my Tesla, which was causing a world of issues. Michelle, the manager, was very kind and worked with me on the phone with Gieco for over an hour to get it all fixed.

I just had work done here for my front windshield. The work itself seemed fine and the technician was nice, but after the repair I noticed my driver-side door is now rubbing against the front fender, which was not happening before. I brought it back to have it looked at immediately after and instead of checking alignment or offering a solution, I was told it “was probably already like that.” That was frustrating because the issue started immediately after the repair. I understand things can happen during repairs, but I would have appreciated a willingness to take a closer look and try to make it right. Overall, the experience was just was sub par and I won't be a returning customer.

Insurance sent me here. Took 65 minutes to complete a job that was estimated at 30 when I arrived with an appointment. Both cracks were “fixed” but both are just as visible as when they were not fixed. Yes, I was notified that crack repair was not cosmetically perfect but it still looks bad.

Went in for a simple repair. Had a two o’clock appointment o’clock appointment. After an hour and a half I had to inquire about the status of my vehicle. At that time I was informed that they were replacing my windshield repair. They said they got authorization from my insurance company but never informed me. Instead of a 45 minute repair it turned out to be a 2 1/2 hour repair. I missed an appointment due to this.

I was SO upset when my brand new Honda Civic got a ding in the windshield (thank you, I-10) from construction debris. It immediately grew to almost a foot long. The Safelight guy came when he said he would and replaced the whole thing. I was worried that all my settings would be lost - nope. They were right there. Cost to me? Zero. Because I have glass replacement insurance.
