Run Far Away!!!!!!!
Bought a 2020 duramax with low miles. Immediately had to take it in for a repair. About a week later the seal on the turbo went out and started blowing smoke. Right after that my check engine light comes on and I see it’s leaking a LOT of oil. The service center has now had my truck for a month and every time I check in “hoping it should be done in a few days”. $14k in repairs later and here we are. The dealership has done absolutely nothing to make it right, and they simply do not care. Service Center is Garbage. Sales department is garbage. Stay far far away from this dump

PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!! Do not buy used vehicles from this dealership!! I have finally been able to recover from a used vehicle I bought from them almost 5 years ago. That vehicle was supposed to make my life easier and for the last 5 years it wrecked my credit and cost me thousands on repairs. Week 1 the car needed fixing, And This went on FOR YEARS! The dealership didn't help at all. They didnt want to be bothered as they kept pushing me aside to the next representative who never ended up helping. They sold me a car that was supposed to have a salvage title but it didnt. They never showed me the actual Car Fax because they knew the car had been in a previous accident and purposely gave me paperwork that did not show any history of an accident. Mind you I had my daughter in this vehicle. It wasn't until years of them giving me the run around I obtain the Car Fax from another dealership and turns out the vehicle had significant STRUCTURAL DAMAGE that as they told me "Dealerships don't sell vehicles with structural damage. that's unethical." The vehicle had extensive electrical damage and apparently had signs underneath the front bender that were indicative of a paint job. And a crappy one at that as there were small pebbles underneath this paint, And so the vehicle i still owed $15k on wasn't even worth $1k. I've got receipts and receipts worth of repairs the vehicle had. All for nothing to be worth it in the end because this vehicle was never going to be fixed no matter how many different mechanics tried to get to the bottom of the problem. They sat on the fact that they sold me a used car "As Is" and completely screwed me over. So please please unless the vehicle you are purchasing is brand new DO NOT trust these scammers.
This is my second time unfortunately getting a collision repair at Quebedeaux. Eric got my quote and we later scheduled a drop off date and time. Once I arrived, he called a pick up from Enterprise Rental. I was in a comfortable setting and amongst very polite staff. They worked very well together. Eric kept me informed of the progress and called me when it was ready. My car was cleaner than when I brought it. Just as it was the first time. Jeanne remembered me and was genuinely the same as she was my first visit. Very clean waiting area and restrooms. Good waiting music playing as well. If I have to, prayerfully in 10 years, I would go back and recommend it to my friends.
Thanks Quebedeaux family.

The service professional, Milaya was courteous and polite, and handled the paperwork with expedience. She readily answered my questions regarding the method of tire rotation (front to back) and assured me they reset the pressures to specs on the door and re-learned the TPMs positions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with good coffee. As best I can tell without crawling under the truck, the new vehicle initial oil change went as expected. The only reason for not posting 5 stars is that my truck smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we got in to go home. It’s not likely that anyone actually smoked in the vehicle, but probably had just before moving it to the pickup lot….and it was on their clothes. Cough, gag…I’ll come back anyway!

My service advisor, Milaya, was wonderful as always, professional, attentive, and truly helpful throughout the process.
However, I’m very disappointed with the service outcome. I brought my car in (for the second time) to have my brakes checked because they make a loud noise every time I back up. Instead of thoroughly investigating the issue, the mechanics told my advisor that the noise is “normal” due to brake dust from the material.
They advised me to wait until my next oil change to check the brakes again, which is frustrating considering this is an ongoing issue. From what I’m hearing, this seems to be a common problem with GMC and Buick models, which raises even more concern.
This is a brand-new car, and I should not be experiencing these kinds of problems—especially when I’ve never had similar issues with previous new vehicles. I also don’t believe I should have to pay for rotor replacement under these circumstances.
At this point, I’m seriously considering filing a report with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Very disappointing experience overall.
