  Brought my car in for general maintenance as well as some specific concerns I wanted checked out. Scott did a great job getting me all set up and was up front and honest about how the process would work. The inspection was very comprehensive which I appreciated. They send you a link post inspection which gives you in depth details and photos on everything from it looking good, to a cause for concern. We were able to go over everything and make a plan for repair. They are very responsive and great with communication. My car is in working order again and I'm very appreciative for all the great work they did. I would absolutely recommend Parker, and will definitely keep bringing my car to them.

  Took longer than they said and was $500 more than we were quoted by others. And to top it off...they gave use a long list of all that needed "fixing" then gave us coupons for future services. No thank you!

  Taking my workhorse vehicle to a new mechanic was stressful; Parker checked out my car, sent me a full check list that rated the condition of my overall vehicle including estimates. They helped me address the most important safety first concerns, and got to work making my car safe and operate better. Future repairs have been hi lighted and the bill was less than expected.
