- CVCarlos VelázquezMar 30, 20261.0I always would come to this car wash on Ajo because it was convenient. had a terrible experience the other day. It seems like they have new staff, the girl at the front was very rude, rushing me and showing irritation. Will not recommend coming to this location now. Also the young man in the tunnel left hardly any space between the car infront of me and behind me. Not a shock I’ve often seen accidents happen there, and then it’s the “customers fault” to them.
- LSLillian SanchezMar 21, 20261.0The WORST one in town. I’m an unlimited member and asked them not to use the hot shine on my vehicle this one time. They said they don’t normally allow customers to chose when the want to use it. Personally if I’m paying for a service I can get unlimitedly, I would expect that I can choose to not use part of the service. Guess not. Anyway they said they would allow me to go through as a “rewash” so I can get the service WITHOUT the wax. I don’t know if the workers are incompetent or what but while going through, I did in fact receive the hot shine they told they weren’t going to use. Hopefully your workers from 11am on 3/21 learn better customer service.

I was surprised by how clean my vehicle was. usually, with drive-in car washes, there are always some dirt stains left. However, they managed to get most of them off my vehicle. I do wish they would have had complementary wiping rags like other car washes, but overall, I'm satisfied.
