  Always top-notch Service when I come here and Abdul took care of me from the get-go and it’s a big reason I will always be a client here in days help me by supplying rags when I needed it. This is the only place I will come to you and we’ll keep Monthly membership indefinitely, as well as refer family and friends to the max!!!! Andres was treating Ava When I came across them and both showed amazing hospitality and made me feel very welcome as a customer. Two great hires right there!

  Daniela and Delaney are absolute super stars! Daniela explained the deals and prices perfectly and clearly to me. And I took advantage of the deal they had for 50% off currently this month because of her kind and quality customer service. Delaney was also exceptional in her own right, she was so happy and helpful to assist me with anything I needed after my car wash at the vacuum stations whether it came to water spots or bug residue she was there. I'd say this team here is an 11 out of 10. Not to mention the vacuums and air cans are super powerful unlike other places where are you don't get as much pressure. Highly recommend this location if you're anywhere in the area!

  Kevin came out and made a Awesome impact on my day by helping going the extra mile to make sure me and my vehicle left with a clean smile. I had a dead battery and he located some jumper cables and helped me get a jump after my car wash after I vacuumed my vehicle. Thanks again Kevin!

  I dont do a lot of super detailed reviews but I had a great experience thanks to one of your employees, and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize her. From the moment I pulled in, Johanna was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. She didn’t just go through the motions—she made sure every detail was taken care of and that I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. What stood out most was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. She took the time to answer my questions, made helpful recommendations, and ensured my car looked amazing before I left. Employees like her are what keep customers coming back.   had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the Mister Car Wash location on 8175 N. Oracle. While going through the wash, the equipment was not properly calibrated for the height of my truck. The sensors failed to adjust, causing the machinery to strike my vehicle and rip the sun visor off the top. My truck is in excellent condition with only 70,000 original miles and no prior damage. This incident was not due to the condition of my vehicle, but rather a failure of the car wash equipment to operate safely and as intended. During my discussions with staff, I was told by an employee (Patrick/Manuel) that they have had this issue occur before, where the sensors were not properly set or calibrated to vehicles. This confirms that this is a known issue at this location. I reported the damage immediately and have spent over six weeks attempting to resolve this matter. I have now been informed that they are refusing to repair the damage, citing the age of my vehicle as the reason. This is not a valid justification. Under basic consumer protection standards, a business has a duty of care to operate its equipment safely and to avoid causing damage to customer property. When damage occurs due to equipment malfunction or improper setup—especially when it is a known issue—the business is responsible for repairs regardless of the vehicle’s age. Their refusal to address this matter after extended delays may constitute negligence and failure to uphold that duty of care. I am documenting this publicly and will be pursuing further action if necessary, including escalation to corporate, filing formal complaints, and exploring available legal remedies. I strongly advise others—especially truck owners—to use caution at this location. Based on my experience, there is a lack of accountability when their equipment causes damage.
