  Last Friday I subscribed to the monthly service for US$39.90 through the mobile app and went to the car wash for my first wash. Upon arrival, the attendant informed me of a US$25.00 promotion and created a new subscription for that amount, telling me I should call and request the cancellation of the first one. I called and requested the cancellation. I returned to the car wash today and was informed that both subscriptions had been cancelled and that I should present my credit note for the third time. However, the first two charges for the cancelled service were not refunded, meaning I paid for the monthly plan twice and only used it one day. I refuse to present the credit note again. They are very disorganized and incompetent. I do not recommend this company's service.

  Absolutely horrible experience today. I canceled my membership immediately. After multiple cars rear-ended each other in line, a large tire cover from another vehicle ended up lodged under my car while I was on their property. An employee even told me this “happens all the time,” which is honestly concerning on its own. I had to pull over, figure out what was stuck under my car, and ask for help. While they eventually helped jack it up, the manager was incredibly dismissive and rude the entire time. I told her I wanted to cancel my membership, and she responded with “for what reason?” I literally said “are you serious?” because the lack of awareness was unbelievable. The car the tire cover came from drove off, so I needed their license plate for potential damage. Instead of helping, I was told I had to call 911 just to get that information. No support, no urgency, nothing. Zero accountability, zero customer service, and clearly unsafe conditions if this “happens all the time.” Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  speedway/country club, just went thru the car wash something malfunctioned and I had to slam on my brakes to not hit the car in front of me and the car in back of me tapped my bumper!! horrible and terrifying experience and there is no one on site to get help as they are all busy
