Not only was the price outrageous, but they failed to complete a basic step—properly securing the oil cap—which caused serious issues almost immediately after I left. I turned around and came back within five minutes, expecting them to fix their mistake. Instead, I was met with rude behavior and unnecessary arguments. No accountability, no urgency—just poor customer service all around. I had no choice but to take my car to Big Brand Tire next door to get it properly fixed. When I returned with documentation showing exactly what went wrong, the manager still refused to take responsibility and tried to blame it on my car instead. This experience was beyond frustrating and honestly unacceptable. Save yourself the time, money, and stress—go somewhere else.
