I drive a Volkswagen, so there was an up-charge for specialty, European oil, totaling about $150 when you add the inspection, disposal fee, and tax. Way more expensive than if I would’ve done it myself, but I was on my way to California, and they did in 15 minutes what would’ve taken me about an hour (plus an extra couple errands to go get and then dispose of oil myself). I was really glad that they made suggestions about what else could/should be replaced, but didn’t push it when I said I didn’t want the work done that day. I was serviced by Rich and Rodney. Rich was professional and super friendly! In the same situation I’d definitely stop by again.

I was nervous being hustled as an inexperienced women coming in alone to mechanics however the general manager listened to me reassured me and provided efficient, honest and FAST services with no pressured upsale. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed I will be back.
