I demand immediate resolution!
A year ago, I received excellent work at Gerber Collision & Glass, which is why I returned after an accident. This time, the experience has been terrible, and I have had to take my car three times.
• They returned the car stained with white marks, without washing it before or after the work.
• The repainted door is scratched and coming loose, as if it was not properly reinstalled.
• A missing part will only be installed if I return again, without prior notice.
• They refused to honor the paint warranty, claiming it only covers 6 months to a year, even though the damage is recent from the work they performed.
I am attaching photos clearly showing the issues. I demand that Gerber take responsibility and fix all the damages immediately. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Yes, I can provide my repair order if needed. However, the issue is not about missing information it’s about the quality of the work and the overall experience.
I had to bring my car back multiple times because things were not done correctly the first time. There are still visible paint defects, the vehicle was not properly cleaned even though I was told it would be, and some trim pieces were either missing or not installed correctly.
This has been very frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I previously had a good experience with your shop.
At this point, I would really appreciate being contacted by someone from management who can actually help resolve these issues. I am simply looking for a proper and lasting solution.
