    I had an excellent return experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Tucson International Airport. From start to finish, the process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. Returning the vehicle was incredibly easy. The staff was ready and attentive as soon as I pulled in, and they handled everything efficiently without making me wait. The check-in process was fast, and I was on my way within minutes, which is exactly what you want after traveling. What really stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and clearly focused on providing great customer service. They made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. The organization of the return area was also excellent—well-marked, easy to navigate, and very convenient, especially at a busy airport location. Overall, this was one of the best rental car return experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely choose Enterprise again when traveling through Tucson and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

    I have been a regular customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for quite some time, and until recently, my experiences were consistently positive. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have been disappointing due to the conduct of an employee named Raul. On multiple occasions, Raul has been rude and unprofessional in his communication. He has also stated that he is the manager; however, his behavior does not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service expected from someone in a leadership position. More concerning, he has repeatedly refused to honor my valid reservations for specific vehicle types—particularly pickup trucks. Despite having confirmed bookings, I’ve been told that no trucks are available, even when several were visibly present in the Enterprise lot design area. I have already raised this issue with corporate customer service, but there has been no noticeable improvement. It’s frustrating to see that the situation continues unresolved, especially for a loyal customer who has relied on this company regularly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service concerns and the lack of accountability, as this experience does not reflect the level of service I previously associated with Enterprise.

    Rented a car at the Tucson airport. Initially the process seemed friendly and seamless until…Upon return they tried to accuse me of car damages that did not happen during my rental. There had never been a mention of a walk around or any report of damage when I was given the rental. The worker simply handed me the key and pointed me in the direction of the car. Either a walk around didn’t happen or it wasn’t done effectively but now they expect me to be responsible for their poor job. I had a witness with me the entirety of my exchanges with any of the workers and that was also with me during the use of the car. They claim they do 3 walk arounds prior to giving the keys without the renter present. Seems shady to me. None the less, don’t trust them.

    Made a reservation online through the enterprise website and put in all the info under my husbands name but nevever received an a confirmation email or text. I called the office and the representative was very rude and said the reservation was never made. Okay so I asked if I could make a reservation over the phone and he let me know that it was $560 plus $300 for an SUV, which was almost double what was quoted on their website. The representative Jay said that if it's out of your budget they can keep the reservation while I look somewhere else, NOPE. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise because they never have cars in stock anyways.

    Horrid experience and customer service. Booked a reservation more than a week ahead of time, confirmed by calling, and they still didnt have my car type ...which happens. The big problem is that they NEVER carry the car type I booked. They sold me a reservation for a type they didnt sell and then tried to downgrade me without saying anything. They then made me drive an hour and a half to the airport location promising they would match price and when I arrived the airport refused to honor it and said they didnt even have the type. 3 hours round trip for something they knew ahead that they didnt have. The lady at the airport location was partly friendly but not very accommodating or understanding of what was objectively 100% enterprises error. I kept asking everyone what i could have done differently to avoid this and the answer was NOTHING. I had no control over the situation and enterprise, lied, false advertised, and tricked me into driving 3 hours. Enterprise just lost a lot of future business today. It seems like it should be illegal to knowingly sell something you know in advance you dont have. Then to try and downgrade me for the same price or upgrade me for more money is attempted theft. Im filing with the BBB and the consumer division. Obviously enterprise doesnt care about losing business as this was so easy to prevent, fix, and satisfy. I did my part.
