  If you are on a schedule , this is NOT the place to come. This time,shame on me. Wait 45 minutes for a "RESERVED" vehicle is in acceptable.

  My husband & I reserved a car 3 days prior to arrival. Were contacted by agent 2 days prior to confirm yet when we arrived for pickup they didn't have a car. Plus the attendant insisted that we had reserved the car to use in Tucson & return there. Fortunately I had printed out my confirmation which showed we were returning the car in Missouri. The rep told us that since we had to wait for our car, we did not have to fill the tank upon return. "You can return it with as little gas as you like" as compensation for our long wait in 90+ heat and our trouble. He also stated that he would include that information on the paperwork. HE DID NOT! Since he emailed the contract rather than giving us a copy we didn't realize it until later. In Missouri, dropping the car off, the attendant was very efficient and friendly. I WOULD AVOID THAT TUCSON LOCATION. VERY DISORGANIZED PEOPLE.
