  Of all the dealerships I visited, this was truly the best experience. Tyrone, my salesman was patient, helpful, educational, caring and all around a super nice guy. Seth, one of the managers was also very nice, no pressure and worked with me. I felt so comfortable in the whole process of my purchase and I am very happy with my car. Marland was so helpful in helping me learn my vehicle and enjoyed my experience with him as well! Thank you!!!

  While I tried everything I could to avoid this, I was no successful when talking with the sales rep who sold me the vehicle, or members of management who refused to hear what’s going on. Bottom line is I was lied to from the start when purchasing this Jeep out of state. I was told the tires weren’t the originals from 2021, that was a lie. They were the originals and they were all unevenly worn and never rotated. I found this out when I drove the vehicle for the first time after it was delivered to me and damn near crashed due to insane death wobble. I immediately brought it in to a tire shop for balancing and they were all way off on weights. Once that was complete I drove it again only to find out it didn’t solve the issue. The issue is this suspension parts are worn out on this Jeep. If it were “thoroughly checked out” by their award winning service department…they would see right away that it is need of many parts replaced. The bottom line is it was not properly checked out, they didn’t do what they said they would do, they lied about the condition it was in and they gave me an unsafe vehicle to drive. I have plenty of videos and evidence to share and plan to do so. This dealership should be ashamed of their deceptive practices.

  This was our second stop on our car shopping journey and had the pleasure of being helped by Matt. His sales approach was amazing and at no point did we feel pressured to buy. He gave honest information and we left with a car we would have never expected to buy. Before stopping at Volvo, we went to AutoNation and just felt overwhelmed and lied to by the salesman and his manager in our visit so the complete 180 with Matt was appreciated. Definitely stop by and ask if he’s available!

  We got a great deal on our new car and Matt was incredibly helpful. Very down to earth and not pushy in any way. He knew if we want the car we’ll make an offer. The fact that he was just there to help us check everything out, give us information when needed, and try to accommodate what he can to make the sale happen really made it feel the way car buying should be. You need more guys like Matt.
