I recently purchased a vehicle and I had a great experience at Tucson Subaru thanks to my salesperson Layla Lopez. She was super informative, answered my questions before I even had to ask, and made the whole process easy and stress free. I also worked with the financing manager Ethan Ward who was amazing and very patient with me while explaining everything. The pricing was competitive and I never felt pressured. I highly recommend working with Tucson Subaru if you're in the market for a car!

I met Sean for the first time on New Year’s Eve day. I did not want to go to a dealership I had such a bad experience over a decade ago, so I bought my last 2 cars at Carmax. Anyway my friend convinced me to go and Sean has changed my mind, he was so kind, not pushy, didn’t play those games that I had a long time ago , I had such a good experience! Love my Subaru Outback! Go see Sean, shout out to Traci as well in finance

Went in for service on an Outback. Everything seemed fine until the service advisor explained a fee for using a credit card. He said it would be 3.9%. I'm tired of business extracting fees for everything from credit cards, to service, to wage adjustments so I made a comment. He indicated that it costs the company 10% so this is just trying to recoup cost. He was defending the practice and kept arguing and I'm a pretty contentious person so I also engaged. In the end, many companies charge these fees. It doesn't take a lot of investigation to realize that 3.9%( if this is the standard charge )likely means the dealership is actually profiting from this practice. Maybe this isn't the biggest issue. The purpose of the review is not to debate this but inform any prospective customers of the practice. It's not clear when you make the appointment. Additionally, any dealership that has contentious people who will argue everything to win is not a dealership I want to be associated with. Congratulations to the service rep. He defended the practice, I left without service, and they lost a customer.

Estevan was a true pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal on my Ascent. I love the car and loved the experience with him. 5 stars for Estevan; ask for him if you go in. The only negative experience I encountered was when I was signing paperwork. The vibe of the worker completely changed when I declined the additional packages/deals. To go from laughing and having a great time purchasing a new car to no more laughs was a disappointment and took away from the superb work Estevan did. I would recommend Tucson Subaru and Estevan, 10/10.

C.J. Nichols is one of the best salesmen I have worked with (and I should know, having worked in the car business for 50 years). His test drive makes one want to enjoy buying the car. He demonstrates all the features and benefits. And that is why I just bought my 2026 Forester Wilderness edition (My 4th car from CJ) and I LOVE it. Tucson Subaru is one of the greatest dealerships in the country. Everyone who works there is friendly, willing to help, and happy. Their service department is easy to work with. I get reminders to make appointments. Their guys outside when you drive-up are fast and efficient, and Jesse Friedman, my personal service advisor is second to none. And if he is not at the dealership when I have questions, someone else is sure to be there for me. I strongly recommend Tucson Subaru for all you driving needs.
