An oil change was completed at the dealership, and immediately following the oil change, I noticed an oil leak that had never before existed. Oil is now leaking from the drain plug. I called the dealership to see what could be done. I was told that I would need to drop off my car for TWO DAYS. A shuttle was offered, but I am a single, working mother. I need a personal vehicle for daily use. I do understand that this all seems trivial; however, I now have an issue with my car that I have to handle simply because I took it in for service at Tucson Subaru.

The very nice woman on the phone said I could just drive up but as long as we were in the phone she could schedule the appointment. I mentioned I had a Subaru service plan I'd purchase in another state. I was a little afraid they would tell me they couldn't honor it but instead they assured me it was good here as well. The service people I met at the service spot were all extremely welcoming and clear with the service I was getting (and noted my other options based on my mileage). I was very please with all aspects of my visit. I won't hesitate to use Tuscon Subaru the next time I'm in town.
