  This is where I learned, just a couple days after getting my new car, that Subaru "Love" entails treating people with profound disrespect while abandoning anything that resembles follow-through or accountability. Thanks to Tucson Subaru, I will never even consider another Subaru and I look forward to the day I finally rid myself of the one I'm stuck with.

  Estevan worked very well with us in exploring our various options of either a new car purchase or lease buy-out. We chose the buy-out with full confidence in our decision. Additionally, we smoothly transitioned to the finance department with Estevan's assistance and worked well with Kevin. Our continuing experiences with Tucson Subaru have all been A+.

  Debbie at Tucson Subaru was simply put, amazing to work with. She treated me with kindness and courtesy, answered all my questions, and helped facilitate the one hundred and one things that need to happen when buying car, including a Lyft ride the morning I bought the car. On top of that, her genuine enthusiasm for her job, Subaru vehicles, and interacting with customers and staff was contagious. All of this was a factor in my final decision to purchase the vehicle. I would buy another car there again, and will recommend her and Tucson Subaru to anyone who asks. Additionally, all the employees I interacted with were friendly. As always, do your research into the process before buying a car, wherever you buy it.

  Layla and Daniel are two of the most kind, competent, and helpful sales people I have ever gotten to work with. Exceptional customer service, very quick to respond and knowledgeable without being pushy.   Gavin did a wonderful job servicing my 2014 Subaru Forester. I bought the vehicle in October 25 and had my free oil change performed in February 2026. At that time Gavin scheduled me for free gasket repair due to a faulty valve seal. One week later I dropped off my car and got a beautiful 2025 Outback loaner. In 2 days my vehicle was repaired and I was on my way. No dollars spent. Seamless transition between departments. Checking out was a dream. If you've never bought a Subaru from these guys, do it. They treat you great as it should be!
