  I stopped by the Safelite shop to find out what I needed to do. They took care of contacting my insurance company. Everything was excellently and professionally taken care of.

  Best in the business . Great service and a very professional and courteous atmosphere. Took my 2023 BMW 328i for the first time ever to change the front Glass shield . When finished it looked like it came out of the BMW factory.

  I drive a lot on the freeway and had several chips in my windshield. They fixed them beautifully! The staff was very professional and pleasant! I sat in the waiting area While my vehicle was being fixed. There were several VERY difficult customers that came in, the staff handled them kindly and professionally. I am in the customer service business, I was appalled at the behavior of the customers. Their requests were completely unreasonable, I couldn’t believe my ears! But those ladies handled it amazingly!

  Our back windshield was shattered and we looked for someone to replace it. Safelite had some bad reviews online but they were the company our auto insurance used, so we went with them. Safelite made an appointment for someone to come to our home the following day and replace the glass within a 3-hour window (pun intended). The next day, the Safelite employee called ahead to say he was on the way, arrived right on time, was very nice, cleaned up our broken glass and replaced the window, let us inspect it, answered all questions, and was on his way. We had a great experience and will use them again. We think some of the bad reviews online must have been posted by career complainers. We had an absolutely great experience with Safelite and would use them again without hesitation.

  First - If you ever try to call Safelite, you cannot talk to a human being, only a computer, or go to the website and schedule something. I called three different phone numbers for this location, they all have the same computer answering system. Second: DO NOT purchase wipers from here. Jada, the person from this location, who inspected my windsheild for insurance replacement, asked if I would like new wipers. She said "they come with a Lifetime Warranty". I was dis-believing at first, and even questioned her because we all know that wipers are only good for about 1-2 years. She stood by her original statement of a "Lifetime" warranty. When I picked up my car after the windsheild and new wipers was complete, I noted on my receipt the date and the fact that the Wipers had a lifetime warranty per Jada so I would remember when I was in need of replacement. Needless to say, 16 months later, when I need new wipers, I learn that Jada mis-represented the warranty which is only 6 months. All three of the people working in the office acted like I mis-heard or mis-understood Jada. No one likes to pay an "inflated" price for an item that can be purchased elsewhere for less than half of what I paid Safelite for the wipers. I paid this price thinking it was a good deal with the "lifetime" warranty. I understand that Safelite can choose not to be responsible for something an employee states. But it is not acceptable when the customer service people have no empathy and act like I am making up a story to get free wipers.
