  Completed my windshield replacement while I was at work. The installer was fantastic! He really went above and beyond. The new windshield gave the truck a fresher look and I couldn't be happier. Great service at a fair price. I will be calling them for my next windshield

  Sergio called to introduce myself and give me an eta. He was very friendly professional and knowledgeable about products and services. It's nice to see someone who cares about the consumer. I will use safelight if I ever need a new windshield replacement again. Perfect service call, it could not have been better.

  I had an appointment scheduled on Friday, Feb. 20 for an at-home front windshield replacement. I received a confirmation email and text message, and I took the day off so I could be home for my appointment. About half way through my appointment window, I hadn’t heard anything, so I went online to check the appointment status, which showed it was canceled by Safelite. I was not contacted in any form by Safelite to inform me of this cancelation and I lost a day of work. I could not get ahold of this location despite calling several times. I called Progressive, my insurance company, because I scheduled the appointment through my insurance. I told them the situation about how Safelite canceled my appointment, and they tried to contact this location so they could be “uninvoiced” and get me rescheduled. Progressive also could not get ahold of this location, so we had to spend hours on the phone resetting my claim and appointment. I got rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 22. Sunday comes around and about 20 minutes into my new appointment window, I get a call from the Safelite technician who said “I got bad news. They never put your windshield on the vehicle so I don’t have the glass to do your replacement. They will call sometime Monday to get you rescheduled”. So two appointments in a row they canceled my appointment (that I have already paid for) during the appointment window with no advance warning. Now I’m just awaiting their call for an appointment I’ve already paid for and will have to take another day off work - I’ve honestly lost so much money from this thanks to Safelite. I’ve never had this probably with any other location, very, very unreliable. Looking forward to their response.

  Had my windsheild replaced on my 1993 Ford Bronco. The service tech was super friendly and was upfront about the potential of not being able to replace the old windshield if the weld flange was rusty. He was ultimately able to replace my windshield and was really excited about seeing an older car.
