To make matters worse, they don’t answer phone calls, so good luck trying to get any help afterward. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. This isn’t even the first time they’ve messed up my car. The first time, they installed the wrong windshield, and I had to drive around for over a week with my rearview mirror taped to it. Completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and find another windshield repair business. This is probably the worst place in Tucson!

You speak to AI Angela...you cannot get anything or a person direct, without fielding the phone lines and when you finally get a person they are not regionally located. You spend at least 20 minutes trying, each time. Ridiculous. What a sham. Stick with local companies that have real people to assist you. We cancelled our appointments because communication was HORRIBLE. My husband set things up originally but follow up was me and it was terrible.

He reviewed places he thinks the broken glass affected the door or just aging in the AZ sun/heat. He made me feel better of the circumstance and what to keep an eye on & tips for the remainder of broken glass inside the door. He went over the warranty, too. Thank you, Sean!

They replaced a back window with a defective glass then sent a technician (Nickolus) to my place of business to assess it just to be talked down to and told what he was not gonna do to fix the situation. He yelled at me in the lobby of my office! There was never even a follow up from their management after I called and was even willing to forward the video of this whole transaction. If your insurance company suggests using them, OPT TO FINDING YOUR OWN GLASS COMPANY!!! WISECRACK WINDOW COMPANY IS AN AMAZING OPTION!!! Tell them Alexandria at Zerorez sent you!!!!

First they said they didn’t realize that it was a new vehicle and assumed a tier two glass would be okay. What?!? Then the next two times they said they kept getting the wrong glass from their supplier because it was mislabeled. Really, twice?!? Can this incompetence be real? Twice they asked me to drive to their facility. What a colossal waste of my time. Then, to top it all off, when I asked Ms. Yashida in Tucson if she was absolutely sure this time if they finally got it right, that bîtch coped an attitude with me being all rude, interrupting me, defensive, offering no apology and certainly zero compensation for my troubles. Yeah, great company. Ugh…
