- MDMike DunalewiczOct 22, 20251.0I am a QT guy and have been for decades. Sadly, I found the one QT that frankly sucks. They don't keep their soda's as cold as other QT's and their Icee machine has been out for weeks. Cleanliness and friendliness are also lacking compared to the average QT. No out of order sign, it just doesn't work. Not used to such poor operations at one of their stores. Let's hope they straighten their act. Otherwise, they might as well be a Circle K.

It's a big footprint of space that often proves problematic in finding an open fuel pump or even a place to park. Staff is ALWAYS warm, friendly and very personable. ALWAYS a warm welcome upon entry. The staff makes you feel welcomed as well as valued. QT seems to have perfected customer service from day one. Never clean but never dirty. Lot always looks dirty with abundant trash free flowing. Restrooms are often closed or inoperable. This plumbing issue is extremely annoying and disappointing. It's ALWAYS a 50/50 chance of denied access, and should be an professional embarrassment to the facility. Always a surplus of semi trunks parked nearby adding to the local traffic congestion. The traffic light at Valencia seems to operate at extended long wait times to cross Valencia, this delay just adds to the colossal waste of time at this station as traffic routinely backs up while attempting to leave. The station operates as designed but never operates on par with other local QT's. While I will visit this station, I aggressively attempt to avoid this station if possible as l find the culmination of little failures all add up to a unjustifiable collosal waste of time. I feel QT has no regard or value for my time. This failure to value my time and address endless little issues affecting it are the main reasons l no longer want to visit this particular QT.
