Probably the highways fault idk, but don't fall for it because it's probably a scam. They drive around with their cars asking for money in exchange for cheap if not scam items. I can almost call it harassment when then call you out for not buying there junk. It's happened to me a lot btw. Other than those ppl the staff is great.
