    **ZERO STARS***Bought a 2016 Yukon from here a year ago and it’s been giving me problems since the day I bought it, I’ve asked to speak to managers and I keep getting the run around, this vehicle has risked me and my family and now with its current issues it won’t run anymore. Do not buy from here once your off the lot they ignore you as much as they can they don’t care bout their customers

    If i could give this place zero stars I would. Saw a used enclave on their website and when i came in to test drive it their sales rep George helped me and he seemed real timid and unsure of himself. But the suv ran fine but the ac didn't work and they still had to detail it and have their mechanic do an inspection because they just got it as a trade in the other morning. George said he'll get the car looked over and have the ac fixed all I had to do was put a deposit down. So I put 500 down to hold the suv. Three days later George called me and said it was ready for me. I came in and the ac worked and they had fixed a couple cosmetic things as well. So I went to their finance area and had the eight grand in cash so it was easy and the finance employee that helped me was wonderful. Had the keys in hand and went back over to thank George and I asked him one simple question that changed my entire experience with this place, What was fixed on the suv? And if i could get a list of what was replaced so I could know what was initially wrong with it. He said that it was not possible after ten minutes of asking him why not, he had Manny the sales manager come over and explain that they just fix so many cars that they dont keep track of what they do everyday. Or inventory any parts used. I was so confused why they were so apprehensive to tell what was repaired on the suv. And after going round and round with Manny and George I told them if they can't show or at least tell me what was fixed on the suv I'm returning it. They both looked at me and said we have no way of telling you what was done. I shook their hands and said have a good day and went back to the same finance guy to refund my money. But then the next day George texts me pictures of invoices from the repairs of the suv. Wait you just told me yesterday that you had no way of showing me what you did but the next day when you relized i return the vehicle all of a sudden you have the invoices??? How sketchy can you be. Not professional at all. Do not trust this place! I posted the photos of the invoices just for reference.

    These folks were great! I was on a road trip across the country and had a check engine light issues that turned out to be a significant failure of the coolant control valve. They said it would be a few days before they could even get to it for full diagnosis, then possibly a few more to get the parts and fix it. I left it with them in hopes they could finish it sooner so I could get back on the road, and they did! They managed to get it taken care of in about 36 hours, picked me up in their shuttle car and had me on my way. Outstanding customer service from Albert S. They underpromised and over delivered in a huge way! Highly recommend, and thanks for the fantastic service!

    My thanks to Eric Thrall and Jeanne, Brown in the collision department. Eric ordered a replacement for the passenger side rear view mirror and he made sure that it was installed within the projected one hour estimate. Everything went as planned and the remote adjustment as well as the auto open/close operation of my driver side window were performed perfectly. Every conact that I've had since the Memorial Day purchase of my 2024 GMC SIERRA SLE has been not only pleasant but professional as well. Congratulations to Mr. Christian Quebedeaux at Buick-GMC for his great crew in all departments.

    Update 1-8-2026. Adam has gone above and beyond helping me sort out the fuel problem in my Toyota highlander. They stayed late after they got parts to fix it. Its fix now and Adam has driven. I have full confidence in his service department and his mechanics. I will be bring my Toyota in for oil changes and services now. I live a hour away but that is how much confidence i have in them. Gus and Adam gone above. They gave me a rental this time also and delivered it to me just outstanding. They are bringing up my Toyota today for delivery which is super news. Thank you all for the help. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Chris and Riley are fantastic also. Can not thank Adam enough for taking care of me Update 2 . Toyota Highlander still smells like gas i had facing my garage and inside of it now smells like fumes. I backed it in now. Wind blowing is helping. My neighbor out front said he could smell it. So hopefully Monday Gus will call and we can have it towed back but this time a rental car. I bought it in December drove it twice then towed to Gus then to toyota and their dealer. It seems to have started again when i filled it up. Give it back to toyota let them figure it out. Super Super nice suv but the fuel issue is killing it for me. Just not happy with this purchase still . I will be again without the suv for how long this time? Rest of car great. The fuel system is a turd. Jason Trunnelle with 2020 highlander new update. Pick the car up today just a hint of fuel smell. We drove it back to casa grande again and stopped to eat . When we came out the front door you could smell the fumes 5 cars away. Finally in town we did errands and parked it out front. 2 hours later went out fuel smell in my drive way was overwhelming . Opened the hood to look and hissing noise like something is dripping or spraying on the exhaust. Called Adam guess he was busy in the shop today. Never got the return call. Update on our 2020 Toyota highlander . Gus has been fantastic to work with outstanding customer service. He got the car towed to Toyota and they fixed the fuel issue. They brought it did a full inspection of the car and had it driven multiple times no issues now. They deodorized the inside the SUV and changed cabin filter. Engine washed also . They fix we owe on the passenger glass. Gus also told me Adam helped a ton also. Really want to thank their whole crew on fast response on my issues. Pick the SUV up on Saturday. Can not wait. Its first trip to Mexico will be a week later. Chris in finance and Riley in used sales were great dealing with. Just crap dealer. Sold me a pre owned Toyota highlander limited 2020 47700 on the clock. On the way home 20 miles into the trip tire pressure system died. Got it home finally and parked it in my garage in the evening when i went out whole garage smelled of gas fumes and filled my garage could have burnt down my house. I told them i was taking it back and they told me they do not do returns. Told me to talk to service department and make a appointment. They super worried over a small crack in the passenger was a safety concern but not the fact that my house could have caught fire? They said xle would be same price but not the car i wanted. They also never told me that my deposit on my credit card was a down payment. Only after the deal. Still no fix or giving me my money back. I will be talking to lawyers on what to do. Terrible they ripped of a disabled veteran. My car ran perfect just needed something bigger. Do not understand how a dealership would not take back a fire hazard car. Since been towed out to my mechanic so we can get a list of everything wrong with it. Then report it back to their dealership.
