Hector was amazing from start to finish! He was kind, knowledgeable, and followed through on every detail. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free while helping my husband and me find the perfect vehicle. We needed something safe for long commutes and comfortable for our dogs, and he truly delivered. Thank you Hector!!!!
Found a vehicle online that I was definitely interested in. Called and talked with two different people, who assured me the vehicle was available. Drove 2 hours to get to Quebedeaux, only to find that this vehicle sold 3 days ago. When I brought up this discrepancy, I get told that, "It's frustrating..." not a good way to run a business, and not a good way to keep customers - I've bought several vehicles from this dealer, over the years.

Went there 2/10 for scheduled warranty work of a car I JUST PURCHASED from them. Picked up car 2/13, it shut off completely. Went back up there with tow truck and after they found out it was the battery for the car shutting off I was assured I would get a call for warranty repair work that was never fixed on 2/17. No follow up til this day. When I’m not slammed at work, I’ll follow up.
We had a stellar experience purchasing a 2022 Toyota Camry thanks to Rogelio Barragan. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made comparing features easy. However, the experience shifted once we moved to the finance department at the main dealership. The level of service didn't match the high standard Rogelio set; we no longer felt like we were treated with the same respect or that our interest was valued, which turned a 5-star start for the used car team into a 3-star finish for the finance department. We were surprised that we had to wait over 45 minutes to sign paperwork that only took 15 minutes. The experience wasn't very welcoming, and the congratulations on the purchase felt very flat. Great sales team, but the closing process could use some work. PLEASE NOTE, this rating only applies to Rogelio Barragan and his team at the Used Car lot. Kudos to you guys!

For the second time I salute this dealership. Two years ago my son and I financed a vehicle here. It’s still running perfect. We had a negative experience with the sales person. We went to management and it was instantly corrected. The Gm promised if I needed help ever getting a car he would do all he could. Today my girlfriend bought a vehicle with them and she had a lot of challenges to overcome. As he promised he went above and beyond for us and she was able to go home with the exact car she wanted. Thanks Sway! You are appreciated
