- LBLA ButlerNov 14, 20251.0Customer/counter service was friendly/great but when I brought my vehicle in to have a recalled part installed in the service department, they did not reset the code and it still looks like I have a recalled part that needs to be replaced. My dashboard is lit up like Christmas. Is it laziness or they just didn't care? Not happy. Now, unfortunately I'm out of town and have to take my vehicle to another Buick Dealership to get it fixed CORRECTLY 🫤

So they did the best they could do to make things right and we appreciate it very much.

We had to contact your dealership to find out that our car was just sitting there.when we picked up our car this morning the passenger seat was greasy and we had to ask to have it cleaned. The longest job was a 3 hr radio repair the technician forgot to program the radio , so after several attempts I called your dealership and Blain was gracious enough to help over the phone. So we had the worst ever experience with your dealership.we only went there because of the extended warranty you will never see us back there again.I will never recommend any of my friends or family to your dealerships
- NNNewmanNov 6, 20251.0Recently purchased a car here, started off great with the salesman Tyler, then when we got to the finance part, it all went downhill.. we got Sevian, who is totally incompetent, and didn't do his job at all.. had to get James involved to finish up the deal.. he was great until we had the first problem with our car, that was 100 percent their fault, then he wouldn't even respond.. this place is a clown show, where custom service truly is NON EXISTENT.. it's a lot of smoke and mirrors.. go somewhere else to purchase your car.
