Worst experience ever in the service department.
I scheduled an appointment because my 2026 GMC Canyon, with only 6k miles, has a coolant leak. The service advisor told me they would call the day before to confirm whether I’d be provided a loaner since the repair would take all day but that call never came.
I drove 40 minutes to my appointment just to be told I had to leave my truck, take a shuttle home, and spend the entire day without a vehicle to run my errands. Completely unacceptable. The customer service during this visit SUCKS BIG TIME based on my experience

I traveled from out of town to view a vehicle after asking the salesperson to be my “eyes” and provide an accurate description of its condition. Unfortunately, the information I was given was misleading. The vehicle was far from the “mint condition” I had been promised. It became clear that the salesperson’s priority was making a sale, possibly steering me toward a new vehicle I had no interest in purchasing.
I ultimately decided to buy a Toyota Tundra with extremely low miles, and I was assured it had never been in an accident. After routine maintenance post-purchase, my mechanic discovered that the vehicle had been in an accident and that repairs had been improperly done—some parts were even held together with twist ties. The damage exceeded $3,000, none of which was disclosed or reflected in my contract.
I reached out to the general manager, who stated he was unaware of the issue and said he would follow up with me and the service manager. That call never happened. At this point, I have no choice but to involve an attorney to address this situation.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. It’s disheartening to see dealerships—much like my previous experience with Viva Ford in El Paso—operating with such a lack of transparency and ethics. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid similar issues.

My car was brought into Quebedeaux Wednesday morning 10:30. After waiting for someone in the lane for 10 minutes. The first person that arrived at my vehicle didn't introduce himself. He asked me to get out of the vehicle so he could plug into and check the codes. He mentioned what it may be and we went inside to his desk. He was then joined by Cameron who appeared to be the mentor over Lane. They said the would have the vehicle inspected and would get back with me. At 5 o'clock I hadn't heard anything about my vehicle so I called. When I finally spoke with Lane he mentioned the vehicle was still being looked at and I wasn't going to get vehicle back that evening and I would get a call in the morning. Thursday comes i hadn't received a call by 10 am so again I call after a few rounds of phone tag I get to speak with Cameron. They've finally gotten an idea of what's wrong with the vehicle but can't fix due to not having the parts. One part won't be in until Monday I'm told. No offer of loaner service or anything about transport I may need to get back and forth to work. Monday arrives and my expectations were I will get my vehicle back this afternoon since now all parts are here. Again no call until I called them at 4:30 which they tell me Sorry your vehicle won't be ready. Tuesday comes and i call about 10:30 am both are busy with clients. More phone tag takes place I finally get communication again at the end of day. They believe they have it and need to test drive and it'll be ready for pick up. Wednesday morning I receive at 9:30 for call that my vehicle was on a final test drive and should be ready later. We'll call you later i receive that call and was finally able retrieve my vehicle. The good part was the cost between stated and final was $50 cheaper.

I went to their lot and chose a car to buy. Before it was all over with, I wound up paying $5000+ more than sticker price. I understand taxes and tags; but I was charged for detailing the car, which wasn't detailed. They promised to fix things free of charge; but, I had to pay for them. They included an after market warranty that I never got a card for, information about, and only they could work on the car. They never covered anything. I was VERY disappointed in the sales department.
The service department is full of nice people and do good work.
All in all, I recommend NOT buying from this dealership. They play too many games and the house always wins.

Ramon Martinez went above and beyond—explaining features, letting us take our time, and making sure we felt confident in my decision. The financing team was just as great, quick and transparent, with no surprises.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this dealership. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They listened to what we needed, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
We ended up driving off the lot with a brand new truck that we love. The whole experience felt easy, honest, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend this one. We’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!
