I'm a daily driver, I own my semi outright and use it for personal use. Every morning I come in to enjoy my coffee and breakfast before hitting the road and in the evenings I come in to sit back and relax in the drivers lounge to enjoy my dinner and relax before climbing back into my truck to go to sleep or I wait for a shower. EVERYDAY I AM HARASSED BY LESLIE and ISSAC to provide proof of a CDL which is not in the company policy whatsoever but they seem to think they rule this specific Pilot and tell me just because I own a semi and drive for a living does NOT make me a professional driver and that means I cannot be in the drivers lounge with OTHER semi truck drivers where in the policy it states ANY driver is welcome to use the drivers lounge no matter the status. Everyday I have to call the support hotline and report the harassment in hopes that corporate will actually do something instead of sitting on their thumbs but within the 5 years I've been coming here it's a regular occurrence.

Worst design ever for a truck stop. They won't enforce the no parking areas so you have to jump curbs to leave because flip flippers are parked on the street. Do yourself a favor and skip this exit altogether.

Don't come here! The center of the parking lot is tore up. Reserve a spot, naturally nobody to enforce it.
I get it pilots got to do some upgrades but at least corporate needs to update this thing. The only bright side is they refunded my money.

Hitchhiking through and came in this morning to get a cup of coffee and charge my phone up a little. Went outside to check my bag and smoke a cigarette. Had a manager walk up to me and not even asking if I bought something tried to tell me to leave. I have a cup of coffee and am a paying customer. Yet because i live out of my pack right now that means I'm not good enough to spend money here. You don't treat paying customers this way for any reason. Walked away when I told him I am a paying customer.
