- RDRoman DelgadoMay 20, 20241.0BUYERS BEWARE rental of the truck went flawless. New truk on time, The problem occurred when returning the truck after going from Tucson AZ to Owasso Oklahoma. We had 5 days to get there, and we completed in 3 days when we returned they would not refund the 2 days not used. Their reasoning is that there were no refund on days not used and kept the $1200. This, in my view, is ridiculous. Additionally, they say it's their policy. No where in their rental contract or website does it show up. Their reply was " Did you look in the FAQ who in their right mind looks there? Maybe they should be up front and tell you. But they choose the number of days. What a ripoff. We will be using their competitor on the next move.

They are not required to. Penske also messed up the reservation and it took 3 hours to get the truck. Very unorganized. Not a good company. If you can stick with UHAUL.
