Scott did a great job getting me all set up and was up front and honest about how the process would work. The inspection was very comprehensive which I appreciated. They send you a link post inspection which gives you in depth details and photos on everything from it looking good, to a cause for concern. We were able to go over everything and make a plan for repair. They are very responsive and great with communication. My car is in working order again and I'm very appreciative for all the great work they did. I would absolutely recommend Parker, and will definitely keep bringing my car to them.
