- BJBecky JonesFeb 24, 20261.0The last 3 weeks I have visited the new wash on Grant and Craycroft and do not find the staff friendly whatsoever. Actually, they are nonexistent. I usually drive in to this location at 7:00 PM and find 2 employees chatting by the vacuums and never at the gates. Last week or the week before I had to honk the horn to have someone attend to the front of the wash as no one was there or at the gates. So disappointed! I do like the full service on Tanque Verde, but I only visit there when I want the inside done.

Typically I go in in the mornings and always experience wonderful customer service. I don't know names but there is a lean african american man and a hispanic man that are always super friendly and kind to me. Can't recommend this place enough.
- LPLee ProutyJan 9, 20262.0I usually go to Superstar Car Wash down the road, but I decided to give Mister Car Wash a try. They offered 50% off for the first two months, which brought the price down to about $19 a month, so that was pretty awesome. After the wash, I expected to be able to use towels and maybe have something to wipe down the dash, like I usually get at Superstar. Unfortunately, Mister Car Wash charges $1 for towels and doesn’t offer interior wipe-down supplies. Because of that, once this deal is over, I’ll probably switch back to Superstar Car Wash, where I can dry the car myself and clean the inside afterward.
