- CBCandace Bailey4 days ago1.0Had to take my car through the car wash twice. It did not make much of a difference because the car was still dirty after the second wash. During both washes absolutely no soap and/or cleaning solution was used to "clean" the vehicle. The solution(?) used for a "spotless shine" was over used and left the windows with some sort of film over them. This caused problems seeing out of the window to drive. Even more concerning was the glare in full sunlight that prohibited the ability to see clearly when driving in the direction of the sun. I can only imagine what would happen at night when some extremely bright LED headlights shine through the windshield from oncoming traffic. The drying cycle at the end of the car wash "normally" dries the vehicle pretty good. Today, the vehicle was not dried, not even close. Upon exiting the car wash the windshield was still covered in water. The water when dried from the sun turned to water spots contributing to the lack of clarity looking out the windshield. There are so many car washes being built around town everywhere. I pay monthly for unlimited washes, and I am not normally critical but today was disappointing. I have not encountered these problems at this location previously and I have been washing my car there since it opened. I will go here again and I will give this location another chance.
