She always goes out of her way to help and bring joy to every customer. My daughters absolutely love coming here because of her—she draws little pictures on our window before we head into the tunnel, and it makes their whole day. His professionalism, respect, and friendly attitude toward every customer made me believe he was the General Manager. He treats people the way management should. However, during my visit on Monday, I asked for the GM and was met by a woman named Carmen. Her response and tone were extremely unprofessional. Instead of simply clarifying her position, she spoke to me with attitude and disrespect, asking if Alan had been "telling me something different." The way she approached me was unnecessary, rude, and completely out of line for someone in a leadership role. If Carmen is truly the GM, I would strongly suggest that she receives coaching on customer service and communication. The way she handled a simple question was unacceptable and absolutely not the standard l've come to expect from this business. Alan is the reason customers return. Management needs to reflect that same standard.
