I love my neighborhood Jiffy Lube but especially since Andrew has been the manager I’ve noticed the customer service is especially top notch ! Give all those gentleman a raise. They certainly represent your brand in a good light.

I have been having a message regarding my battery so i mentioned same to one of the attendants. He spoke with the site mgr, and together, they thought it best that I contact my dealer.Of importance is the fact that the car has less than 80,000 miles. There is a constant messg requesting that I start the car otherwise the battery is dying. I thanked them and will do as requested.
