It would have been a simple fix to tighten whatever is loose. The manager greeted me and I had my receipt I said it was a few days ago and explained I had a leak he said it’s been 7 days, it was 5 days why does that matter? He had to point out it was at a different store which I already explained it was on the other side of town. I just don’t understand being 67 years old where the customer service was. Why it wasn’t. I’m sorry ma’am let’s fix that for you after all you right there at the bay station let’s pull you right in you are our only customer. I would totally understand if it was 5pm with cars backed up. But beside the car getting there oil change I was the ONLY person waiting. Thank you speedway for NOT helping me and I took it back to the original store so I wouldn’t have this problem at another store
