- DBDelbert BednarNov 8, 20251.0Went in after my check engine light came on after they replaced the part, explained to the GM about the issue just saying I wanted the part re checked and or to see why the light was on for that same issue again, after speaking for a few minutes he decided to say I don’t know what u want done I can reimburse you but I don’t understand if something was done right and properly why reimburse someone for that, after words were continued said I left bc we weren’t getting anywhere, unfortunate how you can go to somewhere many times without an issue and once you go back with an issue they don’t want to help out… now I’m at a different place getting everything re done due to jiffy not trying to help out, all I asked for was to have everything looked at and see why the check engine light still came up for the same thing that was fixed..
