I was in & out in no time and felt Great leaving w car intact. George is a Wonderful Representative of professional customer service w no bs explanation when asking him questions. All involved went right to work as soon as car was pulled in. Thank you for making up (my) Trust in the oil change business compared to my Oldsmobile that was wrecked by another company (Jiffylube on Campbell) which I haven't been able to drive Since then (broken hood cable & caliper) 🤷🏻♀️ Thank you George for taking good care of my son's car for me! - YOYuki OkumaraFeb 15, 20265.0I had to get an oil change desperately, and a lot of places are closed oncthe weekend, however I was greatful that this place was open on the weekend. I called and George was the person who picked up the call. He was an amazing person who helped me get a fast oil change, along with spotting points of interest, such as my air conditioning filter having mold and my transmission fluid looking bad. Not only was he extremely informative and up front with everything, he offered me quotes for each of these isssues, so I can make an informed decision for what steps to take next. Although in the moment I couldn't fix every issue, George reassured me about everything, making sure to inform me and not try to sell me things. I left, feeling knowledgeable about that else needs care in the future, along with satisfaction for the services I got now. Huge shoutout to George for his kind nature and his efficiency with fixing up my car and letting me know what else will need a fix in the future! Thank you so much for everything and I hope he can continue to help others like he helped me!
