- MMmartin maresOct 16, 20252.0Had a fender bender and took my vehicle to Gerber to get it fixed. They replaced my rear bumper and had to paint the bumper and my rear lift gate. The work was great. We I picked up the vehicle it was raining so we didn’t open the lift gate. We finally opened the lift gate and it was filthy with a fine white powder all over the interior. I don’t know how it was missed by them and didn’t really think we would have to open the lift gate to check before we left. Poor quality control on Gerber.

It faded a bit in 2017 and they repaired it without question. 8 years later the paint had a bubble and they repaired it again without any hesitation. When they say “lifetime warranty” they mean it. My car looks beautiful, service was efficient and responsive.
