Fast forward several weeks when I noticed that the clips under my front wheel well began coming out. I was told that it was due to scraping a parking block while parking. The Gerber Team had me come right in and made the repair while I waited. Thank you for taking such good care of me... twice!

I I asked multiple times if it was gonna be OEM parts and I was assured. Picked up the truck asked again is OEM he said yes. Walking up to my truck I realize there is a section missing so I go to start investigating. I have wires hanging down. The front bumper has not been pushed back and the parts are not OEM not only did you lie to me you lied to me multiple times, you didn’t give me the option to even address Putting on the right part and now I’m going to have to go back. I hope Gerber collision will allow me to take it to another shop. I don’t care if it’s a Gerber, but I honestly don’t wanna come back to this one. I do not appreciate being lied to! What else are you hiding?
