  I took my 2024 Kia Seltos (only 16K miles) to Gerber Collision & Glass, 7940 E Lakeside Pkwy, Tucson after a minor fender bender. A week later, Gerber gave me an outrageous $13,000 estimate for what other shops quoted around $2,000. Because of that, the other party’s insurance backed out, and my own insurance ended up totaling my car — something that could have been avoided had Gerber communicated with me before submitting that estimate. When we chose to keep the car after deducting its salvage price, and I went to pick it up, the vehicle was not properly reassembled, interior filthy and super dusty, reeked of smoke, and still smells bad after 2 days with the windows down, and I even found ketchup packets in the trunk. For a shop that’s supposed to represent professionalism and care, this experience was the opposite. Poor communication, poor workmanship, and zero attention to customer property. This place is a complete ripoff. Avoid this Gerber location.

  The staff and general manager were extremely helpful. The entire team genuinely cared and took their time to answer questions They helped out in any way that they could. Highly recommend if it's for a simple windshield repair or you're getting bumper to bumper repairs.

  I give credit only where it’s deserved. With that I’d give the leave of service a 5 star!!! Gerber collision got the repair done quick, and the color spot on!!!! Couldn’t be more happier. I’d also like to throw in the fact that the customer service is fantastic. They are very laid back but productive. When you call, Aubrey is always ready to assist. Was also working with Giovanni, he’d call with updates through out the duration of the car being with them and was easy to work with !! You don’t find this very often anymore. Thank you guys !!

  I phoned for info on a repair. After a very long wait on hold, the Lady who answered the phone was not knowledgeable and not very helpful. I asked to speak to someone who might know more she put me on hold then came back on the phone and said no they could not fix my windshield I would have to replace it this is without even looking at my windshield. I was very disappointed that I could not speak with a knowledgeable person for any explaination. I will not use this company.
