    Had a great experience at this Enterprise location. Staff is super friendly & helpful, the process to get my rental car was easy & quick. Highly recommend! Right across from the 22nd Antique Mall.

    I initially reserved a minivan for 7 passengers on 11/9/2025 to be picked up yesterday 11/16/2025 at 12pm. However two members our team said due to family responsibilities changed their minds. When I went to pick the car up around 11:30am, I found the branch manager Michael Finerson at the office. I asked him if I could get a full size (5 seats) instead of a minivan. He answered me: "no other cars were available except the minivan that I reserved and the cars in the parking lot were all reserved." He told me he was very sorry for not assisting me. Then I stepped outside to call the enterprise main office and whoever I spoke to confirmed that there were full size cars available at the same location. I went back in with a new reservation, still Michael told me that no 5 seat car was available. After begging him for an hour, he finally gave me one of the two Toyota corolla at 1:00pm available and instructed me to return it at 7:30am (which I did respect) when the drop off time should be done before 1:00pm. When I got to the office around 8:00am on Monday, I found the other Toyota corolla I saw on Sunday parked in the same spot. In the office, I was received by the assistant branch manager Angelica Soriano. When she asked me about customer service, I did not want to say anything because Michael was next to us. Angelica then took me outside, and I told her how things went. I appreciate much Angelica she treated me with respect. I was very disappointed with Michael attitude. I could have understood Michael if there was not cars in parking lot. He lied to me that all cars that were parked on Sunday around 1pm were to be picked up Monday at 7:30am when all of them were still in place. I would suggest to Michael's boss to talk him and avoid this in the future.

    Outstanding local team; disappointing corporate. I live in Tucson and rented a Tesla here while my car was in the shop. The local staff were excellent: efficient, polite, and genuinely helpful. When I accidentally locked the key in the car, the team quickly unlock it remotely through Tesla. I’ll happily rent from this Tucson branch again. As for corporate... When I called Enterprise’s corporate line expecting quick help (same approach through Tesla) I got scripted answers and “call roadside assistance” on repeat and no initiative to contact Tesla or try a remote solution. If Enterprise rents EVs, corporate procedures need to match the product. Bottom line: I will not rent from Enterprise when I’m traveling, I can’t rely on corporate to solve problems quickly and there are no guarantee other offices are as excellent as local Tucson office.
