Stephen, Vinny and Trevor all went above and beyond from the moment my insurance sent me to them for a rental due to an accident, and continued excellent service throughout the entire process. Every staff member I encountered was kind and empathetic, and ensured the process was an easy one for us. They were low on inventory initially, and swapped out the first vehicle I was issued (It was very uncomfortable for me) to another seamlessly. I’d really like to recognize Vinny as well, who noted that my insurance policy for the rental maxed out after a few months, and he reached out to the other insurance (driver at fault in accident) to continue rental service on my behalf. My own insurance didn’t do that!! It’s evident that the entire team at that location cares about their customers- I’ve rented quite a few cars over the years and this was hands-down my best experience- I cannot recommend this location enough. My husband and I decided that this is where we will rent vehicles for trips from here on, based on that team! Thank you!!!
