  The Tucson Enterprise staff is friendly, fast and efficient. Easy pickup with online reservations and online confirmation. Car return was equally fast and friendly.

  I was given a small suv and the location I picked up from didn’t have any other vehicles available and I have three kids and needed something for transportation was told I could go to the airport to swap out into a bigger vehicle because the one I was given didn’t fit my children’s car seats. I walked up to the enterprise kiosk at the Tucson airport location, and I was greeted by a younger newer girl, and then she asked what I needed. I told her I needed to swap out into a larger vehicle that I was told by two different supervisors at the customer service number that I can go to the airport to swap out sent at that time. It was the only location that was open also, because the Mercedes I was given, had mechanical issues going on. The girl at the kiosk said it would not be a problem and then the manager Elizabeth walked up and she then refused to help me, she claimed that they did not have any yet vehicles available, and that she Switched up and insulted me by saying that she could offer me a Miata, which is a two seater coupe, obviously you cannot fit children in that car safely. Elizabeth was extremely rude, not only that but the person that I had go with me to the airport location to swap out, she recognized him and she told me that I would have to go back to the location that I got the vehicle from which they did not have any other availability and they were not open, I continued to tell her well you don’t know where I picked up from plus you don’t have any of my information and she said that she refused to help me into another vehicle because of the person that I had meet me at the airport, which is insane because I needed a safe and larger vehicle for me and my children, that individual was not on my rental agreement and on top of that this is a corporate rental. Elizabeth Willingly neglecting mine and my children’s safety when all she had to do was grab another set of keys for a comparable vehicle which she chose not to for whatever reason. I’m not sure if she had a bad day or what her problem was but clearly she’s not representing enterprise well. Not only that, that was actually the second time that I had a extremely concerning encounter with Elizabeth. I drive in Alpha Romeo and the closest dealer is in Phoenix. There was a recall on it and the dealer got me a rental through enterprise and I drove that rental from Phoenix back to Tucson and it was an extremely uncomfortable ride because it was very bumpy in the wheel was turning to the right may have been an alignment issue, I drove to the airport To swap out and that’s when I originally met Elizabeth, which she also told me at that time they didn’t have any availability. Everyone knows that enterprise has vehicles at the airport. That’s the biggest location here in Tucson not only that but that they also partner with national I believe it is common national has a kiosk right next to enterprise and the share rental vehicles. So this is not a one time situation this Has happened more than once with Elizabeth. This deserves a lot of attention because I’m sure that Elizabeth has treated other people the same way and me and my children and it should not be tolerated. No concern of customer safety whatsoever. Clearly, she does not like her job and does not like helping people, and she enjoys putting people in their children in harms way for her entertainment. It is disgusting And she should not be working for enterprise. I will make sure that this complaint goes to a highest capability because it is absolutely ridiculous that she works for such a high respected company and how she treats their clientele. It should not be tolerated. She should not be given the pleasure to continue working there. Summer and vehicle Safety are 2 of enterprise highest concerns and she did not abide by it multiple times. Elizabeth did not care about any of those policies on multiple occasions. I will make sure to the fullest my voice and story is heard, acknowledged, and rightfully handled. Elizabeth needs to be given the boot she is a huge liability for enterprise.

  If it was possible to give a zero star review, I would. We had a reservation for 1130pm, arrived to pick up our rental, and they were out of cars. We arent the only group this happened to. They said they'll reimburse the Uber to/from our hotel, as we'd have to return the next morning to get a car. Good thing we didn't have anything planned our first day here. Called the next morning to make sure there would be a car when we got there, and both people we reached in their admin offices said "yes, there will be a car, we hold reservations for 24 hours." No - you dont hold reservations at all. Now we're waiting on site management to get back to us to let us know if there's a car available... I am so glad this didnt happen when I was traveling alone.
