    After H***z screwed my husband and I over last minute, Cruz helped us immediately and gave us some helpful tips for future car rentals. I really appreciate his service and the ease of rental. I recommend this after such an awful experience to their next door neighbor.

    I reserved a luxury car - advertised as a BMW 3 series or Audi A4, and they gave me a Cadillac XT4 that had 34,0000 miles on it, drove like a boat, and pulled to the right. I took it back and drove off in a brand new metallic teal Mustang convertible. Well, that was fun but both the cars were a far cry from what I reserved weeks in advance. They told me they were sorry, but it was a busy weekend, blah, blah, blah.

    After a long day of traveling flight cancellations and delays, I walked up to the counter and was greeted by Justin (great interaction). He quickly found my reservation and also told me how to best contact them if I needed anything. Then sent me outside. I walked outside and met Mike who was the manager, he said they didn't have any cars I had rented but helped me pick a new one out. It was great! He asked if I needed help setting up my phone or any other features, super helpful. Overall great customer service compared to any other time I have rented a car. Definitely recommend! (Oh, and the rates were cheaper than anywhere else, I booked 3 weeks in advanced)
