  Every time I rent a car I always use Enterprise have been for many years even when I was working for FEMA, since it's been a while does Enterprise still give out points for customers?

  I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from your staff member Angelica at your Tucson location (5150 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85712). When I picked up my rental car at the airport late at night, I did not notice that there were already small stone-chip marks on the front windshield. The next day around noon, I discovered them and became quite anxious, worrying that I might be held responsible. I went to the Tucson Speedway Blvd location for assistance, where Angelica kindly and patiently inspected the vehicle for me. She explained that the marks were considered normal wear and tear and reassured me that I did not need to worry. However, because I was still concerned that the cracks might worsen, she immediately helped me exchange the vehicle. Throughout the entire process, she remained professional, friendly, and very understanding. While switching cars, I accidentally left my tablet inside the previous vehicle. Later that afternoon, when I called back to ask about it, Angelica again went out of her way to help and successfully located my tablet. I was incredibly grateful and relieved. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made a difference during my trip. She not only resolved my concerns, but also made me feel safe and supported as a customer. I would like to sincerely thank Angelica and your company for the excellent service provided.

  100/10 everyone was so nice from pick up to drop off! We went to hertz first and they canceled our car because an error on their end and customer service made me wait an hour before anyone could tell me what was going on. So we went right over to enterprise to see if they had anything available and an employee there named Mckerrow was literally a lifesaver and he was so kind and courteous to my mom and I. From now on going forward, I will only ever be renting from this specific enterprise location on speedway! Thank you again to all the staff there!

  We had a terrific experience using this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on 11/30/25. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The selection of vehicles available was refreshingly good. The rental car rates were better than other competitors. I was able to get in and out pretty quick even after there being a few customers ahead of me. Im so glad we decided to try this location finally, after always passing by. We'll definitely return for more future rentals. 😆

  Benji went above and beyond to take care of me. I’m working with an insurance company to cover the rental and Benji happened me navigate that and get into a vehicle suitable for the work I do. I highly recommend this location for your car rental needs.
