I pointed it out to the Enterprise employee when I picked up the trucks. He told me that his people are not responsible for cleaning out the bed of the trucks before they rent them. My warranty wanted me to go to Enterprise on Thornydale. I was definitely hesitant because I have heard some horrible things about this location. Unfortunately some of what I've heard is true. There are some nice people that work there, don't get me wrong. The dealership said that after I return my rental car, Enterprise will shuttle me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle after it's repair. Apparently Enterprise does this quite often for that dealership. But, the assistant manager Josh, was rude, he made this experience awkward and uncomfortable! He kept saying, that the dealership needed to stop volunteering their shuttle. He said that the dealership is 8 miles away and they don't go farther than 5 MI. I have been told by several people that they make runs to the Marana airport continuously and that is much farther than the dealership. The dealership had no idea what the heck I was talking about when I mentioned this issue to them. This Josh guy, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as if he was doing me a great favor, which in my opinion is really crappy professionalism and customer service. Josh had an attitude the entire time I was there, I'm just grateful that I didn't see him at all when I first got the rental and only had to put up with him for the return.
