Ernie was absolutely unhelpful and basically pushed business away because he was overwhelmed and understaffed. I never imagined using a different company or location because of the positive encounters I've had here. Never ever again! My daughter graduates from Air Force Basic training and now we won't be there to support her thanks to Ernie's customer service.
