If you make an appointment for 8:30 by 9 they're still getting you a car and may be you can get going by 9:30 if you're lucky. Excuse after excuses are made. This is after coming the day before and being turned away because they didn't have cars even though we made the reservation. I hope they straighten out their process because this isn't nice.
