    We are so happy with our new 7000 lb capacity electric tip trailer. Who we will be calling Dumpy. We have been moving manure with our stock trailer for too long. We went into Big Tex and Jamie got us all settled, printed out what the cost would be. Talked to us about the differences and understood what we needed. A week later Chris did the paperwork and we brought Dumpy home! Highly recommend!!!

    Customer service that is above and beyond what can be expected. I called 12 years after buying a small trailer from Big Tex in Tucson and Chris Ahern was wonderful - diving deep into old boxes somewhere in a storage container to find the original sale document with the VIN. With customer service like this I would not hesitate to buy from Big Tex in Tucson.

    I am just speechless on how absolutely GREAT my experience at big Tex Trailer world Tucson was! I live in Wisconsin and was visiting Tucson. I thought I would get my trailer checked out. (14GN) I called and Jamie said to bring it on down. When I walked in there, Chris, the office manager was in the office doing some paperwork w a customer and immediately acknowledge me and told me she’d be right with me. She excused herself, came out of the office, went into the shop and got Cody who was also great. They checked over my whole trailer replaced a few lights and within hours I was back there, picking up my trailer at a very, very fair price. Met Jamie, told him how great his staff was did the paperwork and the bill with him and that was that. if every business had the kind of customer service and professionalism that these guys have life would be much better!!!! THANK YOU!!!
