  Horrible service! This has always been our go to AutoZone but Jodi (I believe is her name), the manager, is just the worst. She always has such a bad attitude and never wants to help (this has been a thing for a whileeeee). She never makes things easy and it has even gotten to a point where she just continuously lies. We prefer not to return to this location because of her. Shout out to the young fellow who helped us out and still kept a great attitude. I think it is time for management to make a change with certain staff members!!!

  Pretty crappy service and grumpy staff. Been to this autozone twice within three last few weeks and the older gentlemen there act like they don't even wanna be there. I had to ask how his day was going just to try to get some friendliness. And then tonight, was almost helped by a guy when I went right up to the counter and showed him a part I was looking for. He was hesitant to help them told me he's not familiar and needs to get someone else. I said okay, then he came back and said he "guesses he can get me started" by looking up the part because he's about to clock out. I said, I can wait for someone else if he's trying to leave. Literally told him just go home, and he was like are you sure. Then the old man, just standing there asking if we've been helped. I said, no can you help me. I soon ad I showed him the part, he said we don't even carry that. You gotta go to the dealership. (It's literally a hinge inside the gas door) Definitely recommend O'Reilly's down the street. The guys and gals at O'Reilly always greet immediately, and jump on the opportunity to help. Especially Chris, who ran out to install my wiper blades in the past before I was done paying and went above and beyond to diagnose my codes. So this time, I went back to o'Reilly's and immediately the guy knew they didn't have the part but actually looked it up, got the part number, and helped me find browse online for it. He found it for around 5 bucks on Amazon or ebay. I only went to Autozone just because it's on the side of Oracle I was on but from now on, I will never go back to this location at 7892 N Oracle. Recommend O'Reilly's across the street in the Walmart plaza instead. Everyone there has been kind, respectful, and humble. The staff at this Autozone all act like they hate their job.
