The girls who work at the store on Valencia and 12th in Tucson,Arizona Raquel and Heaven were so sweet they continued to try their best to help me as the Manager refused. The original battery I purchased 2 years ago that was still under warranty found out it was the wrong battery to my vehicle. The manager was rude wouldn’t speak or look at me directly I had to question myself like if I knew him or did something to this man. He was so rude and immature after over 45min of the two sweet girls trying to help me he then decided he wanted to help, probably just wanted to get me out of the store. Moral of the story is don’t be in customer service or a manager at that is your going to be rude and empathetic I could go on and on about this so called Manager named Victor!

Not only did she know what items we needed but she was friendly and helpful. If you do your own car repairs or maintenance- this is a reliable place to go!
