Staff was great, diagnosed the problem, for me the right part, and even helped with the install in the parking lot. Great team over there!

Data is king, when I am trying to decide between you, Walmart and harbor freight for battery cables to hook up an inverter first you should have better stock than this on cables for this kind of application because the only other place to get it is Amazon
Second everyone of these battery cables cases should be marked with what the lug size is in addition to the gauge of the cable so that I can see if you have it in stock or not in the correct lug size
I cannot think of the last time I needed to replace a battery cable on one of my trucks... but I'm constantly coming in here attempting to find cables to hook up inverters and stuff and usually you don't have them but you definitely do not have the cables you have marked correctly
Maybe you have something that would work today but I'm going to drive down the road to Harbor freight and pay triple the price just because I KNOW that I'm going to get what I need
I'm not going through all this mess and opening bolts/cable boxes to make sure that they're the correct size lug, that's ridiculous and it's not listed on the website and it's not listed on the cases
Waste of time
