I needed help finding a specific bolt size and she went back and forth helping me out with no complaints and it took a while but she still provided excellent customer service. Turned out to be one of the terminals on the battery was bad. They didn't have the one I needed, so he called some different auto zones, and told me the address where I could get it. I had a hard time getting the old one off, and he came out with his tools, and was able to get it off. He even put the new one on. I tried to give him a tip, but he said it wasn't necessary, that's what they are there for. I will take all my business there, and tell others. Thank you, David. Joann Ogle

These two boys took all necessary steps check it, not good, change it out, and ensure it was safely secured in place. Thank you so much guys.
