Called roadside assistance to find out they confirmed my battery is dead and they no longer carry batteries to install. I was able to get my car jumped and told me to head over to Auto zone it was near by. I was so glad to have a friendly staff member greet me with a smile asking if I need assistance. Right away Luis took my information showed me different types of batteries that were made for my Honda 2022. He grabbed the battery and tools removed the dead battery replaced it with the new one received a $22 credit for the dead one and wallah… I was on my way home safe! Thank you again Luis you were awesome friendly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

The first associate told me they couldn’t change out batteries on hybrids, even the regular 12V kind. Then Luis stepped in — and I’m so glad he did! Even though it was already dark out, he listened to my situation and understood that I wouldn’t be able to start the car again to bring it back if I drove home now. He offered to take a look and said he could handle it. About half an hour later, I was all set and back on the road. Luis went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. He was fast, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thank you, Luis, for the outstanding service — you really made my day!
