- JFJohn Fogle4 days ago1.0I bought a Sylvania D3S HID XENON 35W lightbulb for 2013 Volvo S60 just over three months ago. I took the lightbulb back to have it replaced. The store had no record of the purchase and did not honor the 90 day in store warranty. The staff were insensitive. I’ve conducted business with AutoZone for over 30 years. I’m not sure if I’ll ever do business with them again. AutoZone has always taken care of me although I haven’t done much business at this location. What happened? I will be calling their corporate office on Monday to express my displeasure with their service.

People I saw walking in before me were walking out and right behind them 2 employees, 1 named Raul holding up a hand written sign to put on the windows stating they were not taking transactions. Only allowed to come in and look. When asked if they were open until Midnight he said yes, but just to look: that every night at that time he needs to update his systems. I let him know that two employees sitting around getting payed and not working would be something the higher ups might want to know about. I let him know I would be reporting them, which his facial expressions told me he wasn’t given permission to close early. I called the next Autozone on Missouri I believe. Just to confirm this wasn’t a company issue before wasting gas. They seemed confused by what I was asking them but let me know they were open and taking transactions. So I took my business to them. This Location is losing out on a lot of business. Especially since they are open the latest in town. And they are right off the freeway. If this was a way to fudge numbers to get hours changed, someone should look into that, if they care about their business loss. As for me, I’ll continue to drive further or take my business to Oriley from now on,
