Thank you Michael Calloway!!!!
Im only giving this review due to the amazing staff who not only exchanged my battery but put it in my vehicle. I drive a Chevy and these batteries can be difficult to replace because of all the extra bolts ect. Not only was it freezing cold and windy, it was dark outside. SO SHOUT OUT TO Michael Calloway 🙌 great job young man!

Last time I went, I had the exact part number I needed and the guy couldn't look it up(went to o rielleys after and the dude looked it up in 5 seconds). This time there were 8 people in there on their phones. One guy who was obviously new tried to help but was overwhelmed...

I almost never write reviews, so I'm a bit frustrated to have to write this one. I dont know anything about cars so generally I get nervous when it comes to going to these places. My 'service engine soon' light came on and this one was on my way home from work so I stopped by. I was relieved because the girl outside was helping out this two men and she sounded very polite. They walked in as I was walking up so I asked her if someone was available to check that light for me. She responded very kind and asked her coworker if he could help me out with that. The guy walked out from around the counter and didnt say anything to me, just started to walk out so I followed him.
I redirected toward my car and I unlocked it for him. Again I dont go to these places often so I didnt know what to do. He begrudgingly told me to turn on the car so I did. He then stared at me for a second and said "do you have a light?" So I used my phone light to help him see. After fiddling around for a bit he found the port for the scanner and connected it. He clicked it a few times. Mind you im standing aside and hes sighing like he doesnt want to be there. Trust me, I didnt want to be either.
After a few beeps he looks at me and says,
"Can you turn it off?" So I do and hes clicking it again and he just says, "its not reading." I say okay and he tried a couple more times before he repeats himself and I move out of the way to let him unplug the scanner. He then walks away without saying anything so I ask him, "does that mean theres nothing wrong or." He interrupts me, says something. And I won't pretend to know what he said because I couldnt hear him from how far away he already was.
I assume hes going inside to grab something or that was the end of the interaction and I just didn't know it. Frankly after his bothered tone and severe lack of trying to help me at all I didnt want to follow after him for clarification. So I waited outside for a couple of minutes to see if he would come back. When he didnt I walked around to look inside and he's leaning forward on the counter. So I realize that must have been that and I was SOL.
I didn't get his name, I know the girl said it but I dont remember what it was. I only saw two people up front, and it was them two. I told my wife about it and she called to get his name and they said it might have been Michael but didnt ask her to elaborate on anything. I just know it was a younger man, on the shorter slim side wearing a red shirt at 6:40pm. 1/2/26
