Have never had to deal with such incompetent workers. Went in there to get my headlight replaced and apart from not even knowing how to do it, they claimed they "don't mess" with the headlight type that had gone out and when I asked why, she couldn’t answer the question and just swore I needed to take it into a mechanic. She then began googling what to do and as another one of her coworkers walked out she asked if she was right and was actually proved wrong! She was told that all she had to do was take the cover off the original bulb. Her and her other coworker tried fixing it and not only didn’t know where the spot was but swore my fuse was broken. Coincidentally enough they said the same. exact. thing. to the person next to me trying to fix their headlight as well. If you work at an auto part shop and don’t know how to fix something as simple as a headlight you shouldn’t be working there! No one in there knows what they are doing, save yourself a trip and do not go to this location. Only good thing about my experience there was the hood of my car accidentally dropping on her head! Probably wasn’t the first time tho since it already seems like she had a concussion.

I’m writing this because I am very frustrated. My husband went in and we rented a tie rod tool set for $95.67 on October 14th. We returned the tool October 16th and were told the money would be returned to my card. Later that evening I checked my account and found that I was charged an additional 95.67 leaving me with $2.21. When I went back I was told to come back the next day to speak to a DM because it’s a waiting game etc. at this point I’m down $194.31 for a tool I have ALREADY RETURNED. It is now October 19th and they have managed to return only half of this payment and have yet to communicate when they will be returning my other 95.67 that they charged when I did not authorize to be charged a second time. I am very frustrated and just want my money back. I do not reccomend going here for tool rentals unless you can rent in cash because clearly card rentals aren’t it.
